- Training in confined waters

Gradually after the training, you gain the confidence of staying underwater. Then, venturing into deeper confined water is not a difficult task for you.

- Open water diving
Open water diving is done under deep seas or oceans. Initially, open water diving is done with the support and supervision of an all-time instructor. But later on, you are left to dive independently into the water.
