We provide personalized training tailored to your needs. We keep our teaching groups small to provide the excellent service you deserve.

From entry level to dive instructor, our instructors are committed to provide you with the best training possible.

At Sanctum Una Una, we offer courses certified with ADIP, and SSI scuba dive organizations. Our instructors are proficient in various specialties such as Nitrox, Sidemount, Deep, Night, Photography, DPV & Wreck. Courses are available in multiple languages: English, Indonesian, French, and Spanish.

Cedrick

Co-Founder, owner

Cedrick, owner of Sanctum Una Una from France, brings the spirit to our little paradise.

Cedrick has a deep passion for underwater world, fueled by a lifetime spent near coastlines. His extensive diving experience spans Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Cuba, France, and Guadeloupe, always seeking new adventures.

An avid storyteller, Cedrick loves sharing dive tales from around the globe. He has dedicated much of his free time to mastering scuba diving, currently serving as ADIP regional manager of Indonesia and an ADIP Instructor trainee, enabling him to teach ADIP Instructor courses here at Sanctum.

Cedrick can also teach SSI courses until divemaster level. Cedrick is one of our sidemount instructor, but also teaches specialties such as Deep, Nitrox, DPV, Wreck, Deco dive and many more, offering instructions in French, English, and Spanish.

As one of the Ocean Quest instructor, Cedrick teaches coral restoration courses (level 1 & 2) on Una Una Island.

He thrives on meeting new people and exploring diverse cultures, drawn to Sulawesi following a profound connection with a family in Toraja county, who welcomed him for three years. Cedrik eagerly shares insights for exploring this enchanting region, and when possible, he delights in accompanying visitors to uncover its mysteries.

Rivaldo

Dive Instructor

Valdo, one of our local instructors originally from Manado, has been living and scuba diving in the islands of the Togeans and settled within the Sanctum family in October 2022.

Valdo has been diving since 11 years old and he gained his professional experience while guiding divers in dive centers as well as on live-a-boards all around Indonesia (especially in Raja Ampat and Manado) for three years. Fluent in both Indonesian and English, he leads courses as well as specialties like Nitrox, DPV, and Deep diving.

Valdo has several thousands of dives under his (weight) belt and his incredibly perfect buoyancy is legendary among divers. He is known for his calmness underwater and guests appreciate his professional attitude while teaching.

Valdo’s affinity for the underwater world is apparent in every aspect of his life. Growing up surrounded by the rich biodiversity of Manado’s seas, he developed a deep respect for marine life from a young age. His journey as a dive instructor is not just a profession but driven by a desire to educate and inspire others about the fragile beauty of our oceans.

He is a storyteller of the sea, weaving narratives of underwater exploration and discovery into each lesson. His dedication to safety and expertise in specialized diving techniques make him a sought-after mentor among novice and experienced divers alike.

Mr. Un

Divemaster

Mr. Un, a valued member of our team at Sanctum Una Una since July 2022, has deep roots on Una Una Island, where he has resided since 2012.

Originally from Palu, Un discovered his passion for diving in 2016 and has since become an integral part of our dive center’s operations. Fluent in both Indonesian and English, he enriches our team with his diverse skills and local knowledge.

Mr. Un is not just a skilled divemaster but also brings a vibrant energy to every dive trip. Known for his infectious sense of humor, he delights guests with his hilarious jokes. He will certainly bring laughter to the dinner table when he will show you new and creative funny signs for fish and other underwater creatures. His ability to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere underwater makes him a favorite among divers seeking both adventure and entertainment.

Beyond diving, Un’s talents extend to music; in his leisure time, he enjoys playing the guitar and singing, captivating fellow team members and guests alike with his melodious tunes. Don’t hesitate to ask him to play your favorite song for you.

Ramdan

Captain & Dive guide

Ramdan has been an important part of our team at Sanctum Una Una since 2021, bringing his passion for diving and local knowledge to every dive experience.

Born in Una Una and raised in Ampana, Ramdan’s deep connection to the waters around his hometown sparked his interest in diving from a young age. Since 2021, he has been exploring and sharing the underwater treasures of Una Una Island with our guests.

Outside of diving, Ramdan showcases his musical talent by playing enchanting Indonesian songs on the ukulele during his free time. His melodies resonate through the resort, adding a serene atmosphere that complements the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Ramdan’s dedication to underwater exploration is matched by his commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. His calm demeanor and professionalism make him a reliable and approachable guide, leading divers of all levels through the pristine waters surrounding Una Una Island.

Andriy

Co-Founder

Founder of the Sanctum Dive Indonesia who’s born into diving entrepreneurs. His family owns the first diving center here in Togean Islands called Kadidiri Paradise. From early age Andriy has been scuba diving with guest and he has a strong knowledge about scuba diving and the area of the Togeans.

Andriy is passionate about macro life and always happy to show the smallest creatures for the people. Andriy is a very bubbly person and he makes everyone happy around him.

He lives nowadays in Nusa Penida and runs the Sanctum Nusa Penida Dive Centre.

Andri is SSI instructor and has numerous of specialties to teach such as photography, deep, nitrox, night and drift.

Dila

Housekeeping & kitchen hand

She will look after your laundry, cleanness of your room and she will serve all of this with a huge smile on her face.

She also loves to help in the kitchen and she is a wonderful human being.

Dila started to learn how to swim, snorkel and dive with the help Sanctum Una Una staff members. She has a great attitude of always learning something new and she is very interested to learn the western style of cuisine, same as trying new recipes of Indonesian cuisine.

Dila is from the Una Una Island and has also been studying and working in Gorontalo. Dila was working in Sanctum Una Una before her studies and she returned to Una Una Island in 2021 and started working again in Sanctum.
